At the end of July, WonenBreburg and Tri-ennium signed a proposal for
upgrading the office automation system of WonenBreburg. The WonenBreburg
organisation is a housing corporation with almost 30,000 residential units in Tilburg and Breda.
The upgrade includes: modifying the core infrastructure,
implementation of a central storage and clustered file print & e-mail
solution, replacing the servers and clients, a software upgrade, and
implementation of a new backup solution.
At the request of WonenBreburg, prior to starting this
project, Tri-ennium carried out a preliminary investigation aimed at
identifying the wishes and requirements for the upgrade, in close consultation
with WonenBreburg, and at determining which solutions are best suited for
WonenBreburg’s situation.
The activities involved in the office automation upgrade will
start at the beginning of August. According to plan, the project will be
completed on 1 December.
