Tri-ennium Support Centre

The Tri-ennium Support Centre is available to provide assistance for your questions, problems and other types of support during office hours, Mondays to Fridays. If you wish, the coverage can be extended to 24 hours / 7 days a week.

Our professional team of highly-qualified IT support specialists has a single priority: solving your problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Every support specialist has gone through a rigorous selection procedure based on his or her expertise and communication skills. They follow training on an ongoing basis at the Tri-ennium Competence Centre to ensure that they are familiar with the latest developments involving software development and any solutions you may require.

We attach a great deal of importance to the professional expertise of our support specialists, who are all certified for the platforms and applications they support. The end result is that the service provided is very professional and very efficient. The benefits for you include maintaining productivity, reducing the work pressure on your employees, optimum utilisation of your network, and more efficient use of your resources. In short, you can focus more effectively on your own core activities.

After your initial request for assistance, the Tri-ennium team will immediately start working to solve the problem. Critical problems which interfere with your operations and which cannot be immediately resolved are referred to the on-site team. A support specialist from this team will then pay you a personal visit to analyse the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible. All problems and solutions are archived in a central support database, which is permanently available to our support specialists.
