Board of Directors and MT

The Board is composed of two directors/shareholders, who also established the company in 1997. Both gentlemen still work for the company on a daily basis.

The Management Team consists of 5 persons and is responsible for the operational activities of Tri-ennium. The team members have a very broad range of experience and expertise, and are very well equipped to manage and implement the activities of the Tri-ennium organisation.

Dick H. Rötgers, Chief Executive Officer

Founder and shareholder of Tri-ennium and Director of Finance, Sales & Marketing and HRM: Dick Rötgers is constantly involved in improvements and innovation within the company with the aim of ensuring that customers remain loyal to Tri-ennium. In recent years, based on a clear and transparent vision and strategy, he has raised the level of professionalism within the organisation to the next level and prepared it for further growth.

Frits D.G. van Oyen, Chief Operation Officer

Founder and shareholder of Tri-ennium and Director of Operational Affairs and Technology: Based on his wealth of experience and knowledge, Frits van Oyen has a great impact on the technological and operational aspects of the services provided. Together with the team, he has managed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for years through the use of state-of-the-art technology.

Nick Andriesse, Sales Manager

As member of the Management Team, Nick Andriesse is responsible for the implementation of commercial policy and strategy by the Sales & Marketing departments. He focuses a great deal of his energy on the further expanding and growth of the commercial organisation, developing existing and new markets via “Best Practices”, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.

Ted van der Voorde, Service en Business Manager

As Service and Business Manager within Tri-ennium, Ted van der Voorde is responsible for the engineering team for Office Automation projects and Service agreements. With a wealth of experience and knowledge in the area of Microsoft and other OS platforms, acquired while working for major leading organisations such as ABN Amro, Ted van der Voorde works with his team to serve customers in their pursuit of optimisation and standardisation.

Sjaak Weel, Human Resources Manager

As HRM Manager within Tri-ennium, Sjaak Weel is responsible for HRM policy and organisation, for formulating job profiles and competence profiles, and for maintaining a high level of professionalism within the organisation. Sjaak Weel has filled various positions in the field of HRM over the last 20 years.
